Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes the practices of the Brazilian Book Chamber when dealing with information collected from users who access our website at www.cbl.org.br or who otherwise share personal information with us.

Fundamentals for data collection

The processing of your personal information (that is, all information that could potentially allow you to be identified by reasonable means; hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information"). When you use the Website, you give consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure, and other uses of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

What information do we collect?

We collect two types of data and information from Users.

The first type of information is non-identified and non-identifiable information concerning a User that may be made available or collected through the use of the Website (“Non-Personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of a User from whom Non-Personal Information was collected. Withholding

We will withhold your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our policies.
